Describe the job
What needs washing, what kind of property, and your ZIP. Takes about 30 seconds.
We notify local washers
Your request goes to insured pressure washing contractors who work your area.
They quote, you choose
Compare prices and pick who you want. You pay the contractor directly — we take nothing from the job.
Residential and commercial
If it is outside and it is dirty, somebody in the network cleans it.
House & Siding Washing
Soft wash for vinyl, stucco, brick and painted siding. Removes algae, mildew and the green film on the shaded side.
Driveways & Concrete
Surface cleaning for driveways, sidewalks, patios and garage floors. Oil stains, rust and years of grey.
Roof Cleaning
Low-pressure soft wash for the black streaks on asphalt shingles. High pressure destroys roofs — this does not.
Decks & Fences
Wood and composite decking, fences and railings, cleaned at a pressure the material can take.
Commercial Buildings
Storefronts, offices, apartment blocks, restaurants. Scheduled or one-off, usually after hours.
Fleet & Lots
Trucks, trailers, parking lots, loading docks, dumpster pads and drive-thrus.
Every town, not just the metros
Small towns and rural properties are often the easiest jobs to get scheduled — there is far less competition for a contractor's calendar out there.
Every ZIP, all 50 states
No coverage map with holes in it. Submit any address in the country.
Seasonal or one-off
A single spring clean-up or a recurring commercial schedule — both work.

Common questions
Is WashConnect free to use?
Requesting quotes is free and there is no obligation to hire anyone. You pay the contractor directly for the work itself — we are not the ones doing the washing, and we do not add a markup to their price. Our service is paid for by the contractors in our network.
How much does power washing actually cost?
It depends on the surface and the size. As a rough guide: a two-car driveway usually runs $100–$220, a single-story house wash $250–$450, a two-story house $400–$700, a deck or patio $150–$400, and a roof soft wash $400–$900. Regional pricing varies a lot. See our pricing guide for the detail.
How fast will someone contact me?
Most requests get a first response within one business day. Contractors in your area are notified the same day your request comes in, and the first to reply claims it.
How many quotes will I get?
Usually one to three, depending on how many contractors cover your area. We are not an auction site — you will not be called by fifteen companies for a week.
Are the contractors insured?
We ask every operator to confirm they carry general liability insurance before joining. Always ask to see a certificate before work starts — any legitimate contractor will have one ready.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and suits hard surfaces like concrete, brick and stone. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution and is what should be used on roofs, painted siding, stucco and anything that high pressure would damage. A good contractor picks based on the surface, not on what is easier.
When is the best time of year to get this done?
Spring and early autumn are busiest. Booking outside those windows often gets you better availability and sometimes better pricing. In cold climates most contractors stop when freezing temperatures set in.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not for exterior work, as long as the contractor has access to the areas and an outdoor water spigot. Agree that in advance rather than on the day.
Will it damage my siding, paint or roof?
Not when it is done correctly. Damage happens when someone uses high pressure on a surface that needed a soft wash. Ask which method they plan to use and why — the answer tells you a lot about who you are hiring.
Do you serve small towns and rural areas?
Yes, every ZIP code in all 50 states. Coverage is thinner in remote areas, and if nobody currently covers yours we recruit contractors into it. Submitting a request is what tells us where the demand is.
