What PowerWashExchange is

PowerWashExchange is a referral and matching service. We connect homeowners, businesses and property managers who want exterior cleaning with independent pressure washing contractors. We are not a pressure washing contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or warrant any cleaning work, we do not employ the contractors in our network, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with one.

For customers

Submitting a quote request is free and creates no obligation to hire anyone. By submitting, you authorize us to share your request details with contractors in your area and you agree those contractors may contact you. Power washing is a paid service. The price, scope, schedule, methods, payment terms and any warranty are agreed directly between you and the contractor you choose, and you pay that contractor directly. Price ranges shown anywhere on this site are general national guidance for planning, are not quotes or offers, and do not bind any contractor. We make no guarantee that a contractor will accept your job or that you will receive any particular number of quotes.

For operators

PowerWashExchange is operated by Odyssey Phone Inc, and card charges are processed under that name — your statement will show it rather than “PowerWashExchange”. Network membership is billed at $39 per month, charged at signup and monthly thereafter, and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund the current period. Membership grants access to job leads and does not guarantee any number of leads, any lead quality outcome, or any resulting work. Leads are distributed to operators covering the area and claimed on a first-come basis. You are responsible for your own licensing, general liability insurance, taxes, equipment, chemical handling, water reclamation and runoff compliance, workmanship, and for complying with applicable law including telemarketing and messaging rules when you contact a customer.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false information, submit requests for properties you do not own or represent, scrape or resell lead data, or use the service to send unsolicited marketing unrelated to exterior cleaning. We may suspend or remove any account for misuse.

No warranty

The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any contractor or customer will perform as expected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerWashExchange is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service or from any dealings with a contractor or customer — including any property damage, personal injury or defective workmanship arising from cleaning work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PowerWashExchange harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any contractor or customer.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
