Stains
Oil, rust, leaf tannin and tyre marks each need a different treatment. Ask specifically about the stain you care about — not all of them fully come out.
Sealing
Many contractors offer sealing after cleaning. It genuinely extends how long the concrete stays clean, and it is priced separately.
Concrete is usually priced by the square foot
Most residential flatwork lands between 15 and 35 cents per square foot, with a minimum job charge. Commercial is often quoted lower per foot on larger areas.

Concrete cleaning questions
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Properly done, no. Damage happens with too narrow a nozzle held too close, which etches lines into the surface. A surface cleaner avoids this entirely.
Can you get oil stains out?
Often, but not always completely. Fresh oil comes up well with a degreaser and hot water. Old stains that have soaked in for years may lighten rather than vanish. Ask before booking so nobody is surprised.
How long does a driveway stay clean?
Typically one to three years depending on shade, tree cover and traffic. Sealing extends it.
Do you need my water?
Most contractors use your outdoor spigot. Some bring their own tank. It is worth confirming, especially if your spigot is weak or you are on a well.
