Are leads exclusive to me?
A request goes out to every operator covering that ZIP at once, and the first to reply claims it. Once claimed we stop sending it to anyone else — so it becomes exclusive the moment you respond.
What area do I get leads for?
You set a primary service city and a radius at checkout. You are alerted to jobs inside it. If you run a wider territory, tell us and we will open it up.
How many leads should I expect?
It depends on your market and the season, and we will not quote you a number that does not hold. Dense metros generate steadily; rural territories are lumpier, and spring is busier than January everywhere. It is $39 with no contract, so the cheapest way to find out is one month in your own area.
Do you take a percentage of the job?
No. You quote the customer, you invoice the customer, you keep all of it. We only charge the membership.
What do I need to join?
Working equipment, the ability to service the area you claim, and general liability insurance. You can join immediately — we check new operators after signup and refund anyone who is not set up to do the work.
What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
It shows as ODYSSEY PHONE INC, not PowerWashExchange. That is our parent company — same business, same people, one Stripe account. Your emailed receipt says PowerWashExchange Operator Network so you can match them up. We mention it up front so an unfamiliar line on your statement does not send you hunting.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Use the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt, or reply to any lead email and we will cancel you on the spot.
